OF SERVICE.

These SMS Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by Buckeye Barn Venue LLC, doing business as The Buckeye Barn (“Buckeye Barn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By separately selecting a messaging consent option and submitting the signup form, you agree to receive the selected category of text messages.

Message Types

Transactional messages may include responses to inquiries and updates or reminders concerning tours, appointments, reservations, weddings, events, bookings, and customer-service needs.

Marketing messages may include promotions, venue news, service announcements, special offers, and event updates. Consent for transactional and marketing messages is requested separately.

Message Frequency

Transactional message frequency depends on your interactions, appointments, reservations, and event activity. Marketing message frequency may vary and is approximately 4–6 messages per month.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages you receive from us and messages you send to us.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or booking any goods or services from Buckeye Barn Venue LLC.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. You will not receive additional messages from that messaging program unless you provide consent again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and network availability, and we cannot guarantee delivery of every message.

We handle mobile information and SMS consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
