03 — Important details
GOOD TO KNOW.
- Bar services must be paid in full 14 days before your event. Final drinking and underage guest counts are due when ordering.
- Bar service begins when guests arrive or at least 30 minutes before the ceremony, even if drinks are served afterward.
- Our bartenders ice beverages before guest arrival so they are ready and cold.
- Package beverage selections cannot be substituted, though clients may add other beverages for their guests.
- Guests may not bring their own alcoholic beverages onto the property.
Bar packages are optional, but events serving alcohol must hire Buckeye Bartenders hourly. Policies and package offerings may change without notice.
