Over Night Bride + Groom Suite - $249
The Legacy Package
We require a non-refundable $750 deposit to hold your date.
-Some holidays are subject to additional fees. Weddings with over 250 guests will incur a $300 fee.
- An additional $750 deposit is due one year from the contracted wedding date.
-There is a $500 security deposit also added to your pricing. It is returned 7 days after your event with no concerns presented.

-2 room Climate Controlled Bridal Suite for the Bride and her ladies with a Private Entrance, Private Restroom, 2 Couches, 4- Make-Up Vanities, Sitting Area, and Full-Length mirrors. Access to the common area
