DAY-OF COORDINATION

We build your wedding-day schedule, confirm vendors, oversee setup, cue the ceremony, direct guests, and keep the reception moving—from dinner and toasts through cake cutting and special dances.

DAY-OF SETUP

Weeks before your wedding, we stage your key tables and décor, capture the details, and store your items. On the wedding morning, our team unloads, designs, and sets the ceremony and reception spaces according to your vision.

03

TEAR-DOWN

When the celebration ends, our team clears the venue, packs your décor into the containers you provide, and stores everything until Monday. Rental returns and specialty washing can be arranged for an additional fee.
