2019 Pricing

Thank you for your interest in our bartending services here at the venue! We wanted to create a service that helps our clients with the overwhelming tasks of purchasing, transporting, setting up, and breaking down. Buckeye Bartending focuses on keeping the bar service at your event simple and easy to ensure you and your guests get the beverages fast but also keeping it an elite experience!

Many host/hostess feel that a fully stocked bar is an impressive option for their guests; however, we have noticed that many guests would rather have a few choices to ensure there are not long bar lines and other guests ordering complicated drinks. Below you will find a few packages to allow you to choose the package that best fits your event!

If you decide that you would like to move forward with a service we will send you a form to choose the beverages for your special day! :)

** Please note: You are not required to order a bar package service from the Buckeye Barn, you are only required to hire Buckeye Bartenders hourly. You are more than welcome to purchase your own alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.

All Packages include the following unless indicated:

Assorted soft drinks, water, mixers, and garnishes needed for your selected signature drinks. Clear Disposable Cups, Napkins, Stirrers, Ice, Setup, and Break Down are included. One bartender included for 1-125 guests, 2 for 126-250 guests, and 3 for 251-275 guests. This service can be provided for four to eight hours.

Bartender & Ice Package

This service includes Liquor liability insurance, bartenders per requested hours, and unlimited ice. With this package, you bring your own beverages, soda, cups, napkins, and/or all other needed bar items. This package is only billed for the $30 hourly per bartender cost and $175 unlimited ice cost.

Please note: The bartenders will ice down any provided beverages at a time of their discretion. The beverages will be iced before the guest's arrival time and are guaranteed to be cold.

"We Have The Rest" Package

This service allows you to bring your own alcohol and we provide the above-listed items for up to 2 signature drinks as well as 4 soda options. This is billed at $8.00 per person.

Tier 3, Tier 2, Tier 1 and Wine & Beer Packages

This service includes Liquor liability insurance, and pick-up of designated liquor, beer, and wine assortments. This is billed on a per person basis billed to the host.

Liquor- Ketel One Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Captain Morgan Rum, Jose Cuervo Tequila, & Jack Daniel’s Whiskey

Beer- Yuengling Lager, Michelob Ultra, Bud Light & Miller Light

Wines- Cabernet, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio or Moscato

Soda- Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, or Root Beer

** Signature drinks use liquors provided in the list above. If your preferred signature drinks that require different types of liquors than listed you may bring them and house bartenders will use them for requested drinks. Listed beverages above are the most popular.

Important details

Please note that your billed guest count is based on how many chairs are set out in the venue. (This includes guests that are underage as all packages include water, soda, and juices.) When the order is placed you will be asked for your guest count for the billing. If on the day of your event there are more chairs than the guest count provided the difference is required to be paid immediately. Bar services will cease until fees are paid in full.

Clients are required to start all bar services upon guests arrival time and/or at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time and must not end before the events end. This is required even if beverages are not being served until after the ceremony or beverages are not being served up until the event end time. If you guests are present on the property, you are required to have bartenders present.

The bartenders will ice down any and all beverages at a time of their discretion. The beverages will be iced before the guest's arrival time and are guaranteed to be cold.

BEVERAGE SERVICE OPTIONS

Pricing Based on adding Station to Bar Service

Drink Station upon Entrance: $2 per guest

A Mug of warm Apple Cider with a cinnamon stick, For a Fall or Winter Wedding

A refreshing glass of Lemonade and Iced tea For a Spring or Summer Wedding!

OTHER BAR SERVICES

Hourly Bartenders - $30 per hour per bartender

Unlimited Ice Service - $175

Terms and Conditions: All bar services are not billed per drink nor do we accept payments during the event. The bar services listed above are priced with travel, labor, bar supplies, and client requested beverages. All alcoholic beverages are purchased with the funds given by the client. No monies from The Buckeye Barn Venue Inc. is used to purchased alcoholic beverages. Any supplies or funds paid that is overage from the event/or service is considered compensation for the service provided by The Buckeye Barn Venue Inc. Any alcoholic product overage will be given to the client at the conclusion of the event as their direct monies have purchased the product for the event per the signed service agreement.
